Continuing "Next Generation"

"Oh, you," Lee chuckled as she nuzzled him while bathing and washing Delma, Layla, Tiara and Sonja.

"Mama! Auntie Lee!" Sonja squeaked while writing in Lee's hands.

"Oh, coem here, little one" Rod smirked as he grabbed Sonja on his arms "You are all wet, but i still lvoe you" he whispered

"Daddy," Sonja purred as she rubbed her face against his and pinched him on the nose. Chrissy then chuckled while glancing at Luan. "So how is Julius?"

"I haven't seen him at all today, but I reckon he's doing well," Luan answered softly with a smile of her own.

"Your clean already" Rod purreed as he grabbed a towel and dried Sonja carefully, then drew out a diaper and a pink onesie before putting on Sonja the diaper and hten the onesie "Your my special little one" he whispered as he nuzzled her "Want a puppy and an ice cream?"

"I want ice cream!" Sonja wailed as she barked playfully like a puppy and Chrissy and Luan continued to lathe and wash the rest of the children before Chrissy noticed Luan looked a little forlorn. "What's wrong, Luan?" she asked as Luan shook her head wistfully. "It's nothing, Chrissy."

"Come on, tell us," Chrissy smiled encouragingly while placing a hand on her shoulder. "If you'd like."

"Here you go! Rod smiled as he handed Sonja an ice cream cone, then turned to Luan "Yeah, what happens Luan?" he asked

Sonja then giggled as she started to eat the ice cream and Luan sighed while wiping her face nervously. "Well, I was just thinking about my old life, and what it would have been if my late husband knew about Julius. I can't help but think what would it be if we had children together. I never had the chance too since he left for Vietnam and never came back. After that, I quickly fell into poverty and I became so destitute that I had no choice but to sell myself in prostitution. I believe that's where I met Chrissy and she showed me the ropes. And she's been my life ever since. But then I met Buford, who I risked everything for to help him clean up his old hometown and along the way... I fell in love with him..."

She then lowered her head and cast a downward gaze with a sad sigh. "But he was married to another, and there was not much I could do for him. Then I had an affair with him, a short one though, and then his wife died. Then the last time I saw him, I was working as a realtor."

"Ah, forget the past" Rod smiled as he went over to hug Luan, then kissed her "What about if i pleasure you to comfort you?" he whispered

"You'd do that for me?" Luan whispered in shock,

"Yeah, we had sex once, so a second time won't be a harm" Rod smirked

"Yeah, but that one time made me conceive our son Julius; don't you remember?" Luan replied with a smirk. "You're the father of my child."

"Whatever happened to Buford, Luan?" Rhonda retorted crisply as Luan sighed sadly. "Well, a couple of years later, I heard through the news that Buford died in a horrible car accident. Needless to say, I was very saddened by his death and I was heart-broken. Some people say he was murdered, but I don't know about that. Maybe he was."

"He was not!" Rod scoffed

"Hey there, mom" Julius smield as he entered the room

(By the way, Julius is supposed to be a teen, not a baby)

"Julius, my boy!" Luan cried as she saw her son walking into the bathroom.

"Hey mom, hey dad" Julius greeted his parents

(You can add another baby for Luan and Rod if you want)

"Hi, Julius; how are you?" Luan smiled as she turned to face her son. "So how are you and Lir doing?"

(No, thanks)

"Good, we didn't do our homework" Julius smirked

"Julius, you know that you are supposed to do your homework; you are going to get into serious trouble with the teacher," Luan scolded him sternly.

"But that's for pussies!" Julius whined

"I don't care!" Luan snarled while glaring at the young teenager sternly. "You are very fortunate to be getting an education at all. I would kill to have the same opportunity. You know that I grew up in a poor family environment and I got married to have a better life, only to descend to a life of prostitution when he died fighting in the Vietnam War. If it weren't for Buford Pusser, I would still be hooking there in Tennessee. I owe him my life and now I want to give you a better life so my life won't be in vain."

"I won't do it!" Julius crossed his arms sternly

"Well then, I guess the teacher would be happy to know that you have not done your assignment at all," Luan declared with a grim smile.

"I better go get Lir and ask him if he did his homework too," Chrissy sighed as she walked out of the bathroom to check on her own teenage son.

"Don't worry, the homework is not necessary until next week, today you'll have astronomy, if i can remember clearly" Rod smiled

Oh, right; I have forgotten," Luan mused as she turned to Julius. "I'm sorry, Julius, but you still have to do your homework."

"No" Julius snapped

"I mean it, Julius; you have to do your homework," Luan growled darkly with narrowed eyes.

"That boy of yours seems incorrigible," Lee sighed dejectedly while shaking her head at Luan.

"I suppose we all spoiled our kids too much," Luan replied wistfully. "Now they are running wild. We should have been stronger with them."
